1. What Services We Provide
Kyunatic Hosting provides Minecraft server hosting and related services to customers. Our services include:
Minecraft Server Hosting, Discord Bot Hosting, Website Hosting,
We aim to keep our servers online and performing well at all times but do not
guarantee 100% uptime or a lag-free Minecraft multiplayer experience.
2. Your Obligations as a Customer
As a customer of Kyunatic Hosting, you agree:
- To comply with Mojang’s Minecraft EULA and refrain from uploading illegal,
abusive, or copyrighted content to your server -To Comply with all United States
and International Laws -We Reserve the right to suspend or terminate services
if found violating these obligations as a customer - To properly moderate your
server and refrain from using it to harm others - To keep your Kyunatic Hosting
Account credentials secure - To take full responsibility for all activity conducted
through your account - To pay all service fees on time according to the billing
schedule -You are solely responsible for backing up/restoring Server data
or player data stored on your server -To refrain from hosting, uploading, or
distributing any illegal, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit content on
your server.
3. Intellectual Property Rights - All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, related to the services and software provided by
Kyunatic Hosting Remain the property of Kyunatic Hosting or their respective
owners.
4. Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance - Kyunatic Hosting is committed to
protecting customers’ data and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for
customers from the European Union. - Customer data is collected, used, and
stored by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle
personal information and customers’ rights regarding data access, correction,
and deletion.
5. Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Services are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel your server, there are
no refunds unless it meets one of our Exceptions but you may continue using
services until the end of your current billing period.
Exceptions: May Include
- You may request a full refund if you submitted an immediate cancellation
request within 48 hours of initial payment and service activation.

- We reserve the right to issue full or partial refunds at our discretion based on
circumstances.
Kyunatic Hosting reserves the right to change service prices at any time but
will notify customers in advance of any price changes.
6. Limitation of Liability - Kyunatic Hosting’s liability for any damages, losses,
or claims arising from the use of its services is limited, except in cases of gross
negligence or willful misconduct. - Kyunatic Hosting will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited
to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
7. Indemnification - Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Kyunatic
Hosting harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable
attorney’s fees) arising from their use of the services or violation of the ToS.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction - This ToS shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [California, United States Of America
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. - Any legal actions or proceedings relating to this ToS shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in

9. Suspension and Termination - Kyunatic Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account or services in the event of non-payment,
security breaches, violations of the ToS, or other reasonable causes. - In the case of
suspension or termination, Kyunatic Hosting will provide reasonable notice and
an opportunity for the customer to remedy the issue, unless immediate action
is required to protect Kyunatic Hosting, its services, and other customers.
10. Third-Party Services and Links - Kyunatic Hosting may provide links or integrations with third-party services for customers’ convenience. However, Kyunatic Hosting is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of
those third-party services.
11. Force Majeure - Kyunatic Hosting shall not be liable for any failure or delay
in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including
but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, acts of war, governmental
actions, or other force majeure events.
12. Disclaimers
Kyunatic Hosting provides services on an ”as is” basis without warranties of
any kind. We are not liable for any issues including but not limited to: Server
data loss or Corruption - Compatibility issues with third-party mods or plugins
- Lack of availability - Harm arising from other customers’ servers or player
actions
13. Changes to Terms
Kyunatic Hosting may modify these terms of service at any given time. If
material changes are made, existing customers will be notified by Discord
announcements or email. Continuing to use Kyunatic Hosting services after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
